Payment "non candy" - double charged

I take the mobile app. It shows information technology was free in the beginning. At the terminate it basically gave me no option but to pay, which I have no problem with. It turned into $40 to $120. I was okay with it because they changed me owing $260 on my taxes to only $11 so I expected to pay close to that amount anyhow. At present I go to my discover app and information technology shows TurboTax charged me TWICE but on the TurboTax app information technology shows the payment hadn't processed at all. I'1000 beyond irritated with Turbo Tax. I've tried to get in contact with customer service line - received no call back. I'm frustrated and will never do my taxes on this app again. If I don't receive my refund soon, I will be contacting my lawyers.

Non free, no help when the IRS sends a letter of the alphabet, and still waiting for refund four months later on

I used the TurboTax app to file my refund in early on February. The app was relatively easy to use, but it did become onetime going in circles sometimes. Unfortunately, the costless option actually is not usable. If you have to file country taxes like just about anybody, then yous will have to pay $xl per land. If yous're a higher student in some other state like me, that means two states so $fourscore. Of course, no educatee disbelieve. Honestly, that was not too bad since I was supposed to get a lot back.

Eventually I got it figured out, but not without massive disruption to my school work. None of that help was thank you to TurboTax which sends you to FAQs that don't actually apply.
They have online discussions which appear to have many people with the aforementioned problem. This plan is made to look easy- and information technology is at offset- but the headache it causes later is not worth it. Never had trouble like this with H&R Block so I think I'll go back to them next year. Any you do, don't use TurboTax. It is seriously non worth it. Notwithstanding waiting for that federal tax refund BTW.

Normally filing with Turbotax is an easy glitch free process but not this year. I had to enter my spouse's driver license information three times before it was accepted. I felt I was in an endless loop and considered going to some other tax software provider. As well the ads that appear at the end prior to filing are confusing this twelvemonth. I don't mind looking at them but they should be cleanly separated from the actual filing process.
